Coco's about to have her neck rung!!!! In the short while that she was left alone, she got on the table and chewed up my glasses, then she pee'd and puked all over the couch! I stepped in another pee puddle upon examining the mess! It's a long weekend, so there's hardly any places to go and get new glasses, not to mention the expense of it!
I'm pretty sure the dogs know that I'm a little pissed- Coco has gone to Simon's bed, and, and hasn't left. Simon has been my shadow for the last hour.
On a happier note, I had lunch with Tanis today, who flew in yesterday morning to surprise her family for Easter! I'm so glad that she's here for a few days, although I'll miss her terribly when she leaves again.
Work went by pretty quickly this morning, and all of client's were pretty friendly people- which is always nice to have!
We're currently house hunting for a bigger place with a yard for the dogs- the price in my house has gone down 25 thousand dollars since January, and is not expected to go up again for another 5-10 years- I definently don't want to be here that long, and with theprices dropping like they are, I'll be stuck here with no equity.....So, trying to find a place that is bigger & is somewhat "permanent" for many years to come!

Yesterday was an un believably bad day!!!
I woke up with a horrible cold, but still trudge along through work somehow! On my way home from work I had gone into the Mac's store to pick up some neo citron, to help me sleep- and it got robbed! I couldn't believe it!!!!
My broken foot was stomped on, and I spent my day at the UAH with Dr Johnston, and then sleeping (thank you narcotics!).
I was incredibly upset and traumatized by the whole thing yesterday, but today seems a bit better. I stopped in at the mac's on my way home this afternoon, and he was there- I said "are we safe today" as I scope out the whole store. He just kind of laughed!
Coco learned tonight that she doesn't have to pretend to not be able to jump up on the couch anymore! She did it right in front of me, and then she ran around like she was on meth- by the time she was done that 2 hours marathon, all of her toys, her bed, and my remote control, chapstick (the lid is still missing), and my spare cast been had taken into the bedroom, and placed in the pile of socks, pajamas, and whatever else she was able to chew on! I was napping at the time, so I didn't hear her.
Other then that, I still have this horrible, awful cold which isdriving me nuts! It's moved from my nose, to full out chest congestion! Blah! Hopefully, if I can get a good sleep tonight, then it will feel a bit better in the morning, as it did after my 5 hour post-hosp nap!

This weekend's been a bit of a write off!
Friday evening we went to "the laugh shop"- formerly known as yuk yuk's. It was pretty decent. The headliner looked and acted lik that guy from the muppet babies... Animal. Only it was more like "Animal smokes crack".
Saturday we ran errands, and then went for moie night at Becca and Sami's.
Today I ust cleaned the house, and Coco- who had quite the spell of diarrhea early this morning! What a great thing/smell to wake up to! Hmmm, who needs the scent of coffee brewing?!?!?
Tomorrow, it's back to work- despite being a short work week for most, I decided to book myself up for good friday to earn some extra cash.

Coco has her first vet appointment tomorrow afternoon! Hopefully all is well, and she is a healthy girl! Simon has slowly began to tolerate her, so hopefully soon he'll warm up and maybe want to play with her.
Chris won some tickets to the Laugh Shop for tomorrow night- should be a good time for everyone!
Bec, Sami, and the girls came over yesterday- they're growing up so fast! I was thinking about it yesterday, and Hanna will be starting kindergarten next year- yikes!!!!!

Yesterday we added a brand new member to the family.... Coco. She's a princess! She came here very disheveled and kind of pathetic looking, but she had a nice bath & a little haircut- she officially looks like a dog now!
She's not sure how to play, or go about being a puppy, but hopefully in time she will "let loose" and have some fun!
Simon's not too sure about her yet. He's sniffed her a few times & laid next to her once, but as far as sharing his mommy (only-child syndrome)- he does NOT want to at all!!!
I will add a picture of little Coco on this blog.

Last night Chris and I had the task of removing the stitches fom my foot....ow! But it feels SOOOOOOOOOO much better today! The girls are coming over to stay for a couple of nights, so we're going to stay up late watching scary movies, and munching!
My little plants have started to grow, so as son as the weather is consistantly warm (even through the night), then I'll transplant them and leave them outside- for now, the main bathroom is my greenhouse! LOL!

So, I'm starting my own blog here-
Let's start with what's goin' on right now!
Simon had his follow up appointment yesterday at the vet... turns out the eyedrops are working for him right now, but the vet was a little worried about poor Simon having diabetes (which given Simon's luck at the health lottery, I didn't think was a long shot!). So he had a blood test, and to my relief (and his), the results came back normal!! I was sooooooooo very happy- then he fell off the vet table- aye, aye, aye!!! He's fine though. No worries!!!!
